Clarifications and disclaimers
Every review on Marckenzo comes from a confirmed buyer. We cross-check purchase receipts, order IDs, or delivery records before marking a review as verified. Unverified reviews are clearly labelled so you know the difference.
No. Brands cannot pay for a review placement or rating change. If a product sample was provided for testing, we disclose it at the top of the review. Our scoring system is independent and based solely on user feedback.
Each product gets an average score from all verified user ratings across five criteria: performance, durability, value for money, ease of use, and design. The overall rating is a simple mean, not a weighted or algorithmic score.
Yes. We show the reviewer’s city and usage context (e.g., daily commute, home kitchen) so you can judge how relevant their experience is to yours. A review from Mumbai may differ from one in Kanpur, and we keep that visible.
We mark reviews older than 18 months with a “previous model” note. If a product is discontinued or replaced, we move it to an archive section. Our team checks listings quarterly to keep information current.
Never. Negative reviews stay live as long as they meet our community guidelines (no hate speech, no spam). A mix of positive and critical feedback helps buyers see the full picture. We only remove reviews that violate our terms.

“Bought the Bajaj Pulsar N160 after reading reviews here. The mileage and comfort tips were spot on. Saved me from a bad deal at the local showroom.”
“The Samsung Galaxy M35 review convinced me to go for it. Battery life is exactly as described. Only wish the camera was better in low light, but for the price it’s fine.”
“Pigeon kettle review was honest about the lid hinge. I still bought it and use it daily. Boils fast, no rust after two months. Great value for Indian kitchens.”
